My greatest strengths are in writing, social media communication, and marketing. College challenged and improved my writing skills several times through the many papers I wrote. Further, my skills in social media communication and marketing were improved through college courses and experience at my internship with the Macon County Conservation District.

Program Director, WJMU at Millikin University – Decatur, IL (05/2022 – 05/2023)

  • Provided two hours of live content each week.
  • Operated radio equipment for live productions.
  • Used audio production software (Pro Tools) to create station liners, legal IDs, and pre-programmed content.
  • Generated playlists on a weekly basis.

Field Technician, Macon Mosquito Abatement District – Decatur, IL (05/2019 – 08/2022)

  • Inspected 100 square miles each week with the help of other field technicians.
  • Applied pesticides to areas where mosquitoes were breeding in high numbers.
  • Adapted quickly to new information regarding which areas of the city needed attention.
  • Assisted in the training of new employees each summer.

  • Establish proficiency in audio production software (Logic Pro X).
